jeff s: Hi Amy! Just to defend those who do kareokoe,I think we can be winners..Frank has won at various contests outside the GBLT on the northside and Jill has advanced to a second round in a downtown contest..Even, I know Kevin advanced several rounds at a contest this past fall from a bar on Diversey. As for myself,I did circuit's contest and would make it as far as semis a few time sand made it all the way to the finals 2 years ago-2nd round.i feel all of us could win if we make better song choices and work w/ someone outside of the kareokoe community. I know Frank,Jill and I are legendary. But, we can be good singers too Crae(if u are reading this). As for me, my finances are down and forces me to go w/ out more times than not lately.I applaud Rose doing a garage sale at the Closet and the sun times doimg lotteries. This economic stimulus package will not be enough for most americans like me. It is a temporary band aid on the problem.Otherwise, the show was good. I like Steve Rader and I like u trying to do more w/ the blogs-great job. Love, peace and happiness to all,Jeff

jeff s: Hey Amy! I goofed..Kevin is in a league of his own and everyone should come out and make suer he wins it face down especially the men in our community and u know who u are. Kevin is still a great legend. I meant I have beenn forced to go out alot less because of these economic conditions.maybe, all of us can get together-idols of the past and present-and do some type of charity work to help those in need-the poor GBLT. I think that we be a superb thing to do and ask for donations like "idol Gives Back"-maybe have a 24 hr singa thon from Boystown to Andersonville and ask all those bars to participate..We can all change the world even if it is just a little good.I know so many people and I am proud of what is ee out there..Let's try and do more everyone-peace out
