Host: Amy Matheny with co-host Alexandra Billings

Dish: This ALL TALK Queercast features Amy and Alex dishing on Joan Crawford, Barbra Streisand and several other divas of old. Who remembers when Saturday morning had the best TV around? Alex does - can you guess her favorite shows? Amy doesn't remember the Banana Splits!  Such a shame...who forgets Danger Island and Uh Oh, Chongo!?  Alex is coming to Chicago May 18th to perform with Honey West!  And of course there is American Idol chat.

Richard Knight Jr. gives us his first Queercast Movie Minute with his review of the Tina Fey film, Baby Mama.

Music Featured in This Queercast:
Barbra Streisand - "Don't Rain on My Parade"
Oleta Adams - "Get Here"

Jackie: Ugly Betty is sooo gay! I love Betty's nephew. Remember him doing West Side Story on the subway? OMG! So gay!

amy: I believe he was doing Hairspray, right? When the subway stopped and his dad, who had rejected him mostly, asked him to tell him the story of the musical (since they would miss it being stuck on the train) and so he acted and sang the whole thing. Brought a tear to my eye. Though puberty is catching up to the kid. We will see how that turns out. cute kid, but cute adult....hmmmm. I just love Mark - want him on the podcast - somebody make that happen for me. He is like my own personal gay muppet with that hair and those clothes -- LOVE HIM!

Anna: The great but short-lived lesbian series "Exes & Ohs" was on Logo last year, and they're releasing the six episodes on DVD later this month. I would love to see it continued beyond the first season.

Jeff S: Hi Amy: I love the interview w/ Alexandra Billings..I'm 43 and way past the mean age of a 24 year old podcaster. I think it is great U and Honey West will be doing a show here..I see Honey at Roscoes kareokoe. I admire her great support for all the idols like Bill/Sean,myself and many others like Luis,Wicked and etc.,etc.,By the way, is everyone supporting Crae?..He needs u to pack his bars for the wonderful Craeokoe...In these tough times,we need Crae like butter placed on toast..By the way,I saw Alma the other week w/ Steve and they look so wonderful and I love them both..Alma hosts kareokoe at Davenports on Fri's at 10 pm. By the way, Dave does behind the scenes for Honey also does a super job..We love him too..And I will be seeing Melissa this week at Northend-another great kareokoe venue. People says I am all bout kareokoe-what do u think?..I like it..But, honestly, I like the ppl who have it..The garage sale at The Closet was fantastic and Rose(the owner) is sooo very sweet/loving and caring. Now, I know why i go out there..Michelle Fire (from Big Chicks) look fabulous sunday.I commend u for all the weight loss.I wish Bobby Love,Patrick from Crew and Eric from Atmosphere as well as Dawn Marie from Charlies kareokoe. She goes by Dirty Laundry. So, I hope everyone will have a nice week..jeff S
