Leo Matheny: What a great interview!! Your Mom and I are ordering his books. We are proud of you and know that God is also. We are going to forward this interview to some others who would like to hear you. We love you and so does God. Dad and Mom

Steve Harris: That is a great interview. The topic is something I have been thinking for a while after trying to reconcile my sexuality with my faith and reaching the same conclusion. The religious right is a political movement and a cult, unrepresentative of true Christianity that is inclusive for everyone, no matter what.

caitlin leah: when i was still too scared to come out, i ordered "what the bible really says about christianity" secretly online. amazon recomended i buy stranger at the gate too, so i did. it was amazing to me, coming from a homophobic evangelical upbringing, and feeling like i'd have to choose between my church family and my sexuality, that there was someone else who was familar with this struggle. i'm so glad to hear mel white is continuing to do such important things, and with such love. his final words to us made me cry on the el. the hazards of listening to podcasts in public places!
